"La Flamme" is a bronze sculpture representing a young couple tenderly embracing, a symbol of desire and love: the two forces without which no creation is possible and which enables us to fashion our lives.

La Flamme courtyard can accommodate up to 20 covers.

These include the most wonderful discoveries such as the Roc d'Anglade 2007 and the stirring and powerful nose of a red wine from Rémy Pédréno, in the Gard region, which awakens the pungent aromas of the garrigue (bay leaves and gentle spices), and mixing red and black fruits.

Not to mention the magnificent white wine from Mas Daumas Gassac 2009 which combines finesse and a complex aroma.
