La Flamme Terrace

During summer, take advantage of "La Flamme" courtyard…
Located in the interior garden, this terrace is named after the sculpture which embellishes it, one of Mélanie Quentin's most beautiful sculptures.

"La Flamme" is a bronze sculpture representing a young couple tenderly embracing, a symbol of desire and love: the two forces without which no creation is possible and which enables us to fashion our lives.

La Flamme courtyard can accommodate up to 20 covers.

Illusion d’un thon rouge mi-cuit, enfumé minute à l’eucalyptus (red tuna, served rare and rapidly smoked in eucalyptus).

Filet de canette migratrice du Canada à la sauce cranberry (filet of Canadian duckling with cranberry sauce).
Purée vitelotte et bouquet de légumes printaniers. (purée of vitelotte potatoes (violet flesh) and spring vegetables).

Liaison fatale de chocolat, daiquiri banane (blend of chocolate and banana daiquiri).

In our wine list you will find over 250 different wines, from the great, unforgettable classics to the most uncommon.
All our wines have been selected after have been tasted and discussed with professional winegrowers. These include the most wonderful discoveries such as the Roc d'Anglade 2007 and the stirring and powerful nose of a red wine from Rémy Pédréno, in the Gard region, which awakens the pungent aromas of the garrigue (bay leaves and gentle spices), and mixing red and black fruits.

Not to mention the magnificent white wine from Mas Daumas Gassac 2009 which combines finesse and a complex aroma.
To end on a beautiful note, why not be tempted by our selection of foreign wines or pretty bottles such as La Tâche du domaine de la Romanée Conti 1997?

Those who are gourmets will be tempted, whilst wine lovers will be over the moon.

The à la carte menu of the "L'Atelier" bistrot is updated according to the season and the market.

The "Destination" Spa opened its doors during the early part of 2010.
It has a massage and treatment room, Talika and Reine de Saba cosmetics, a hammam ,interior and exterior heated pools.
